Getting the best out of others is not an easy task. Getting an idea or skill in or out of someone's head can be hard enough, but managing the wild beast of motivation can be much harder still.

Fortunately, Rostrum offers an environment where people moving into this area can put their ideas into practice without the possible problems of working in "the wild". It provides a small group of people willing to participate in your coaching, training and facilitating experiments. Looking for people to listen for five to ten minutes? Looking for people who will actively engage with you, or not, as you so desire? Looking for hecklers to keep you on your toes? Rostrum can offer you all these and more. We are as much a listening and learning club as we are a speaking club.

As a speaking club, we can train you to communicate more effectively with your charges or clients. The club exists to improve the use of the spoken word, and has exercises, tutorials and friendly advice to help you become the best speaker you can be.
