It's that time again when we need to be thinking about the forthcoming State Council meeting to be held on the morning of 23/6/07 in Burnie.  In the afternoon will be the Voice of Youth Final, also in Burnie.

As I'm keen to have an Agenda issued in the next 2 weeks, please submit any items you may wish to have included on the Agenda for discussion.

As we also need to reapply for Incorporation status, I also advise that there will be a brief Special General Meeting prior to the State Council meeting to confirm Office Bearers, including appointment of a new Public Officer.  I'd be very appreciative indeed if there is someone willing to take on this not too onerous role.  An Agenda for the Special General Meeting will be issued in conjunction with the State Council meeting Agenda.

As I will be interstate on work business for the week preceding the State Council meeting, I'm keen to have all relevant documents distributed prior to 15/6/07.
