Documents and Resources.
Up one levelFolder container. Sub folders are : 1) authorised documents, such as national constitution, any legal documents, etc. Zone Documents. State Council approved documents. Approved versions of Secretary's Manual, treausrers manual, etc.
2) Resources. Individual member's useful documents- proposed amendments to manuals, constitutions, etc., debate scoresheets, that do not come under Voice of Youth, National Conference,
3) Website administration.
4) Voice of Youth Documents. These will also be stored under the Voice of Youth heading, any changes must be made in both places.

- Approved Documents
- The official version of every document approved by the ARC and State Councils. Constitutions, by-laws, legal documents, secretary manuals, etc.
- Resources
- Everything Rostrum-related that individuals want to put on the website for themselves to download later, or to share with other Rostrum members to advance the purposes of Rostrum. E.G. proposed changes to manuals, debate adjudication sheets, created pro-formas etc. Not including Voice of youth, Website Administration, Approved documents and manuals, national Confereence or Wedding Speeches documents.
- Website Administration
- Contains website administration tutorial, knowlegedge management document, to be expanded to contain Frequently asked questions and discussions on website improvements.
- Voice of Youth Documents
- Checklists, templates, State-specific information, debriefings (What we learned), proformas, documents entry forms, information sheets, advice to new VOY Co-ordinators, knowledge management etc. Keep in mind that many of these documents will be stored under the heading Voice of Youth, and changes should be updated in both places.
- National Conference Documents
- Correspondence, lessons learnt, checklists, knowledge management
- Wedding Speech Documents
- Website trafic analysis reveals this is one of the major areas Rostrum is sought out on the web. Any contribution by members is appreciated. Eventually we will create a seperate section of the site for these visitors.
